AutomatorWP support is free for all users. You may contact us at any time. Premium add-ons support, however, requires a valid add-on license key. License keys are issued at the time of purchase.
License keys connect your site to ours, allowing us to send you automatic updates if your license key is in good standing. Likewise, we provide premium add-ons support for valid license key holders.
Premium add-ons can be purchased for single site, 2 – 5 sites, or unlimited sites, which determines your license key activation limit. You may deactivate a license key and move it to another site at any time.
AutomatorWP and free add-ons can be activated on unlimited sites.
No. Add-ons and passes are entirely optional but do help to dramatically extend the functionality of AutomatorWP. If you just want to download the AutomatorWP base plugin, click here.
Yes. However, you must have a Business plan with WordPress.com, which supports third-party plugins. If you do not have a Business plan, AutomatorWP and its add-ons cannot be used.
Absolutely not. Your add-ons will work as expected whether you have your license keys activated or not. You are encouraged to test add-ons on your staging site without activating license keys.
License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. If you decide to cancel, you may still use the add-on but you will not receive updates or support once the license key expires.
