We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the plugin.
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the software properly or get the software to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
- You agree to deactivate and uninstall our licensed software from your site if a refund is granted.
We cannot grant refunds under the following conditions (including if you are within the first 14 days of the purchase):
- No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
- No refunds are allowed for All Access Pass, Professional Pass and Personal Pass.
- Issues caused by 3rd party software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 1 month prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
- We cannot grant refunds if you have already received support about our product(s) in anyway since you have consumed our support services that are not posible to return back.
By purchasing our product(s), you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgement or legal actions.
Instead, you may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. After that you will not receive updates or support once a pass license (All Access Pass, Professional Pass or Personal Pass) key expires.

If we make material changes to this policy, we may notify you on our website, by a blog post, by email, or by any method we determine. The method we chose is at our sole discretion. We will also change the last updated date at the beginning of this page. Any changes we make to our refunds policy are effective as of this last updated date and replace any prior refunds policies.
